Car Candy Burst is a ready-to-use, non-acid, non-caustic foaming cleaner that's safe on factory, clear-coated, painted and chrome wheels, and strong enough to cut through everyday grime.

Foam that clings

Burst foams on contact and clings to vertical surfaces, so it stays on the wheel face, spokes and barrel long enough to break down dirt instead of running straight off.

How to use

1. Cool wheels only: don't apply to hot wheels. Let them cool after driving.
2. Rinse: rinse the wheels and tyres with water to remove loose dirt.
3. Spray: apply Burst over the wheel face, barrel and tyre sidewall.
4. Dwell: leave it for 2–3 minutes to break down the grime. Don't let it dry.
5. Agitate: scrub with a wheel brush such as the EZ Detail Big EZ, and use a stiffer tyre brush on the sidewalls.
6. Rinse: rinse thoroughly with clean water.

Pro tips

• Do one wheel at a time, so the product doesn't dry before you rinse.
• Clean the wheels before the paint, so brake dust doesn't splash onto clean panels.
• Dress the tyres afterwards with a tyre dressing like Car Candy 007 for a deep finish.

Burst or Aluma Brite?

Use Burst for regular cleaning of factory, painted, clear-coated and chrome wheels. For heavily oxidised bare aluminium (not polished or anodised), such as truck wheels, toolboxes and checker plate, use Aluma Brite 1 or Aluma Brite 2.
