Sonax Profiline Ultimate Cut 6+ is a heavy cutting compound for severe paint defects. Its diminishing aluminium oxide abrasives cut hard at first, then break down as you work to refine the finish, so you remove sanding marks, deep scratches, swirls and oxidation quickly while still leaving impressive gloss. It works on both rotary and dual action polishers.

How to use

1. Prep: wash, decontaminate and dry. Work on cool panels in the shade.
2. Prime: apply a few drops to a cutting pad.
3. Cut: spread at low speed, then work small sections with overlapping passes.
4. Refine: ease off the pressure as the abrasives break down.
5. Wipe: remove the residue and inspect. Follow with a finishing polish.
