Most coatings mean one product for paint and another for glass, plus a lot of buffing. Soft99 Rain Drop Tornado Vortex follows on from Soft99's Rain Drop Bazooka: a single spray coating for both bodywork and windows, applied straight onto a wet car after washing.

The Tornado Vortex Head (TV Head) sprays a wider, more even pattern, so you can cover the whole car faster and with less effort. Spray it on, wipe it off, and Soft99's G-RAS shield technology does the rest.

How to use

1. Wash: wash and rinse the vehicle thoroughly. There's no need to dry it.
2. Shake: with the nozzle locked, shake the can 20 times.
3. Glass first: coat the windows before the body.
4. Spray: spray evenly onto the wet surface, about 2 seconds per square metre.
5. Wipe: wipe immediately with a clean, dry microfibre cloth, refolding it often.

Special areas

• Grilles and wheels: spray onto the cloth, then wipe the surface. Don't spray directly onto these.
• Dry surfaces: dampen the microfibre and wring it out well before wiping.

Getting the best result

• Fixing unevenness: wash and wring out your microfibre cloth thoroughly, then wipe the area again.
• Curing: keep the car dry for 1 hour in summer or 24 hours in winter so the coating can fully cure.
• Hot days above 35°C: cool the can in water for a few minutes before use.
• Cold days: warm the can in tepid water before use.
• Shade: apply out of direct sun if you can, so it doesn't flash before you wipe.
