Description

Watch the fallout bleed purple.

Brake dust, rail dust and industrial fallout are made of tiny iron particles that embed in your paint, wheels and glass. A normal wash won't shift them. Left there, they feel rough to the touch, cause orange specks and can etch into the surface. Car Candy Eliminator dissolves them. Spray it on and watch it turn purple as it reacts with iron contamination, then rinse it all away.

Colour-changing action

Eliminator turns purple when it reacts with ferrous metals, so you can see exactly where the contamination was and know it's working.

Clinging gel formula

The gel formula clings to vertical surfaces, giving it more dwell time to break down contamination on doors, wheels and lower panels instead of running straight off.

pH neutral

Eliminator is pH neutral, making it safe on paint, glass, wheels, stainless steel, chrome and clear-coated aluminium.

How to use

  1. Shake well before use.
  2. Wash first: remove heavy dirt from the surface.
  3. Wet and cool: apply to a wet, cool surface, out of direct sunlight.
  4. Spray: apply liberally to the paint, wheels or glass.
  5. Dwell: leave it for 2–3 minutes and watch it turn purple. Don't let it dry.
  6. Agitate: gently work the surface with a wash mitt, sponge or soft brush.
  7. Rinse: rinse completely with clean water.

Pro tips

  • Remove tyre browning: spray Eliminator on the tyre sidewalls, agitate and rinse to get rid of tyre bloom before dressing.
  • Prep before claying: decontaminating with Eliminator first means less work for your clay bar and less risk of marring.
  • Work panel by panel on warm days, so it doesn't dry before you rinse.

Important

  • Do not use on anodised aluminium or any surface that isn't clear-coated.
  • Do not apply to hot surfaces or in direct sunlight.
  • Do not let it dry on the surface.
